How much does eBoard cost and what payment methods are available?
Individual eBoard customers can purchase an eBoard for just $39/year. We accept payment by MasterCard or Visa, check, money order, or purchase order. Substantial discounts (and many other benefits) are available with the purchase of an Academic License; please contact our sales team for more information.
Please note that we are only able to accept checks and money orders drawn on United States financial institutions and payable in United States dollars. If you are an international customer, we recommend payment by credit card.

Follow these steps:
- Enter admin mode (see What is admin mode?).
- Look for a link that says "control panel" in the upper right hand corner of your eBoard, and click on it.
- Click the link that says "purchase now" or "renew now" just under your board's expiration date.
- You should now be viewing a page that says "eBoard Subscription". Click the link which reads "Click here to Purchase your eBoard". You will be redirected to a secure server.
- Enter your credit card information and email address and click "I Authorize this transaction".
Is it safe to pay by credit card over the Internet?
eBoard uses Paypal, a leading provider of secure Internet transaction services, to process our credit card transactions. The Paypal web site that you use to submit your credit card information is protected by industry standard 128-bit encryption, which all modern browsers support. Therefore, we believe that the risk of paying by credit card over the Internet is extremely small. However, if you do not feel comfortable paying by credit card over the Internet, you can send us a check, money order, or purchase order instead.
I am an individual eBoard customer. How do I pay by check, money order, or purchase order?
Please use our payment form. Note that you must include the name of each eBoard you are purchasing with your payment (see How do I find out my eBoard name?). Unless you include your eBoard name, it will be difficult or impossible for us to match your payment to the eBoard you wish to purchase.
How long will it take for my payment to be processed?
If you pay on line using your credit card, your payment will be processed immediately. Otherwise, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your payment to be processed. If you have a question about the status of your payment, please contact us.
