Archive

You may sometimes find that you wish to save a note you've created so that you can use it again at a later time. For example, if you create a note describing a special Halloween project, you may wish to save it so that you can use it again next year. eBoard's archive feature allows you to do this very easily.

Archive Tab Each eBoard has a special tab named "Archive" which acts like a storage area for notes that you have created but don't currently wish to display. This tab is invisible to visitors to your eBoard: only the owner of the eBoard (or the district eBoard administrator) can see it. If you are done with a particular note but want to save it for later, you can move it into the archive tab. Later, when you want to use it again, you can move it back out of the archive tab and display it on your eBoard.

You can also use the archive tab to store notes that you have created, but are not ready to display publicly. For example, you could post a note a containing today's homework to your eBoard. While you're thinking about it, you could post another note containing the homework solutions to your archive tab. Tomorrow, once you've collected the homework, you could move the note containing the solutions to another tab, where it will be publicly visible.
